KEMP (ii) by applying a simple transformation to the above mixing process, and so obtaining Irwin's (1968) compounded proneness and liability accident model, which mixes the Bliss and Fisher (1953) form of the negative binomial, using an F-distribution, (iii) from a mixed Poisson model, by using a mlxlng distribution with a density function based on a Whittaker function, Dacey (1969), (iv) in two parameter-wise distinct ways as a mixed confluent hypergeometric distribution.
